I've probably worked with 15+ real estate agents in my life and Kelley maybe the best of the bunch I am an out of state investor and wanted to sell one of my homes. I was considering selling it as is, fixing it up with bare minimums and fixing it up nicely to sell to more of a traditional buyer. She gave me some information to consider and a recommendation. I ended up deciding to fix it up and sell to a traditional buyer. She gave me a good estimate for the cost of doing that and that cost ended up pretty accurate for what I ended up needing to do. She also worked with all the contractors, staging, etc. and got it fixed up very nicely and then helped me sell it for top dollar. I would highly recommend and would love to do more deals with her. I find most agents want to do the bare minimum to get the sale. Not Kelley.”
